yup i have a gc. he was our tinter when kaneohe subaru was still around and also goes to the edge of the glass. he uses true grey by solar guard. but he also has lower grades of film if you don't want true grey.

yep...disclaimer: he's a friend of mine, but he did the rear hatch of the C6 Z06 in one piece...something i thought couldnt be done cause of the complex curvature of the window, but he did it...

I had my car done at Als and i was/am quite happy with the results. It was rather expensive but i did get the ceramic tint vice the regular metallic tint.

Als.....

Done my cars 6 times there and the work has been very good. Including fam/friends/gf I've probably sent another 20-30 jobs there and everyone's been happy.

If you drive your car daily or plan to keep it for a while, spend the extra money for ceramic. It may cost twice as much, but once you have it you'll never go back.....

what's the benefits of ceramic??? i never had any issues with the regular metalized films, so i never bothered to look at ceramic tint...

ceramic keeps out a lot more UV than other tints, in turn making your car cooler inside. there's probably other benefits too, but i don't know.
