just by looking at the parts list of products within that stage kit it seems to be VERY reliable. I personally haven't purchased anything from them so I wouldn't know. However some products in that listing are GREAT products.

The only thing that I would worry about getting this kit is that it can NOT be properly tuned for Hawaii since we don't have a AWD dyno. other than that if they are able to give a decent tune in there area that's still to be determined by you and your car being there to test it. they can only do so much with their tunes for our area since the area is so different.

The
xede isn't going to be any better than the utec without a tune. That being said I've run a utec without a tune for years and have pissed off quite a few STIs at the track (with stock turbo and pnp VF34). You need a good map. I will probably wait until I go back to the mainland to seek an AWD tune.

I wouldn't waste my money on anything by Deadbolt they charge too much money with anything they put there name on just ask them how much they charge to PnP your turbo fawking rip off...PM 1tyme (Brandon)and ask him about the kit he has, paid a fair price for his setup and has had no major problems I think. Sorry if I offended anybody who has delt with Deadbolt I feel they charge entirely too much for what they do. I seen a turbo they did and I could have done the same thing for way less..Just my $.02 but what do I know

FP Red if you want to stay on the 'bolt-on' path.
Those PE's are a pita to tune, and also, very expensive. They have a dual spray pattern. They flow similar numbers to stock injectors during idle and spray a second pattern under heavier loads. I recommend RC injectors w/ a resistor pack. Ultimate-Racing has these in stock, but they are pricey. You can get the injectors straight from RC Engineering and make your own resistor pack.
No AWD dyno? Does no one in Hawaii know how to road tune or is it just too much of a hassle to try and learn? I know that Turbo XS provide base maps. Although it isn't tuned for your specified car in Hawaii, the maps are a good start versus trying to tune from scratch.

I was also thinking of going this route but for my set up, just go with a VF 34, STi pinks and a utec. However after talking with alot of guys from the island, they say you really cant get a good tune. Oldmansan, you said you are running a utec with no tune I may pop you a PM so I can ask some more questions if thats cool.
