almost about the same but i share so we rack up lots of mileage
wahiawa-waikiki
from waikiki-waipio
then from waipio-aiea/pearlcity
aiea/pearlcity back to waikiki
then can finally make the journey home from waikiki-wahiawa
don't to factor in the morning rush hour traffic

i think we get some decent gas mileage overall
but yeah prices suck
and they aren't going to get better
not anytime soon
but even if gas was $10/gallon
i'd still buy cause i love driving and it's become a necessity in life
that is till i can get my hands on a subie R1e then i just need to invest in solar panels lol!

i saw an ad in the new DSPORT magazine about installing some kind of fuel cell on a car w/ little modifications. they were accepting classes for installers and such. i don't have the magazine with me it's at home next to my toilet.

Gas prices never will go down..

Supposedly the fuel reserves will run dry.. and that's when it ends.

But that sucks. So I guess we all just need to enjoy it while it's hot!

-And damn rice prices are going up too. Our economy is dooDOO.

Last edited by caterpill; 05-02-2008 at 10:51 PM. Reason: Added rice. hmmph

the US has enough oil reserves to last a lifetime...maybe we should start tapping in on the Alaskan oil lines instead of relying from countries in the middle east and fighting this endless war...

my .02 cents....

That's cool, where in SD are you from? When were you there? I went to San Diego High School back in '94-'96.
Back to the thread....yeah, gas sucks. I'm told that gas is going up in Japan too....I'm not looking forward to that.
