Are Fuzion Tires Any good?
I read what everyone had to say in the tire forums, which is not much. I was looking at getting these as my daily drving tires, with the occasional 1/4 mile run on them. I will be using competition tires, or differnent tires for track, so these would only be for normal daily drving. The tires are very cheep, and I could probably get the hole set balanced and installed for just under $500. They have a W speed rating. Well tell me what you think and if any of you have used them I would like to hear first hand what you think. I was looking at both the Pole Positions and some RE 070's, but that comes out to over $1000, so screw that. If I don't get these I am going with the stock tires from tire rack, or BF Goodrich KDW2's.

GM dosen't make tires. And I am with you if your gonna have a set of tires for track use then why spend a bunch of money on daily driving tires some people do it but why...Espeically if your gonna do all your agressive driving on the track. I have a set but can't give any feed back because they are sitting waiting to go on.

KDW's are great for street tires. try calling Nu Image for some prices on Federal's or champiro's, cheaper lines. i drift on their 17's and they don't fall apart unlike some others i have seen/heard/felt like the kumho 711's. b

My friend Shane runs Fuzions. He was the guy running that Daytona Blue DSM at superlap. He says they aren't too bad. And he ran a 45 second lap with those tires on his first SuperLap race ever, so I tend to believe him. hehehee

Did the price for RE070s go up? I thought they were about $850 shipped....still a lot more than the Fuzions but I'm sure the two don't compare. I think the Fuzions were made to go on Giovanna rims for Pimp My Ride

Just get what you want. And I'll say it again if your going to have dedicated track tires and probably going to be spending some change on them then get a cheaper longer lasting tire for everyday driving and save the extra money for more parts. It makes more sense.
