Updated the list and added an item or two.

Here is the exhaust system, very deep tone and not obtrusive at all.

Go ahead and reserve for me.
I have a deposit on an STi, but may also keep the wagon. I plan to keep all existing mods on either way. If I can't sell for a reasonable amount I'll just hold on to it.

I'm pretty sure to buy it, I just want to check out the throw for myself. I had a Perrin short shifter and didn't like it. This deal may be too sweet to pass up though.
