Daaaaayum!! I hit one yesterday too, on Alapai turning on to Beretania second lane from the right. I was waiting for the "flup-flup" sound (flat), pulled over and luckily no wheel damage. It really shook me up though, my imagination began to run wild about possible damage. From what I remember reading, you need to determine whose road you got the damage on, City or State then make the appropriate claim.

 

Yeah it really sucks... my rear rim got a little bent up too but not as bad as the front. I am in the process of filing a complaint to the state... just got to get my documents and pics together... The pot hole was in Pearl City, in front of Nishi's Services, right lane, along Kam. Hwy. but I think it got covered up already.

 

i think i hit that same one too... lucky no damage... and there still a lot of pot holes out there... beware

 

Those Dang potholes are everywhere. On my way to work and to buy lunch, I've sumed up 9 total potholes that I've encountered today in a 10 mile travel to and from work!!! THEY"RE ALMOST EVRYWHERE GUYS THANKS TO THE RAIN..

 

That area is really bad. Those aren't potholes. They're craters.

 

That scks, you can claim that to the Dep. of public roads or something like that...
