I say $18K is a fair price...depending on mileage. If he doesn't go with it...WALK OUT THE DOOR and into your car. He will then stumble out the door and holler for you to wait. You then say $18K no higher because you are starting to bother me.
He will fold and you will be driving a WRX.
That's basically what I did for my car except I got mine for $16K because they were desperate to get a sale of any kind that day.
