FMIC Red Couplers.
anywhere i can find/order them from? just the couplers only.
i know perring has red couplers but dont think they sell just the couplers.

If you know what size you need...Ebay has them. I've found some very special size and shapes there that saved my butt on several occasions.

Hydra air down on Nimitz sells them, you just cut them to the size that you need. Or Ron's if you want local instead of ordering
