Fender Rolling: Pictures
Hey, found this while researching max tire size on stock 17's for a friends Mazda 3.
It's a step by step on how to roll your fender...very interesting...

Yeah, called MunkyWurks up...sounds like they know how to do it...I guess the trick is to take it slow and heat up the paint as you roll...
The pics from the Mazda site looks like it was like in the 30's or 40's there...in Hawaii here, I think our paint is less brittle due to the normal temps we get here...
I also talked to Larry, WRX151, he rolled his rear fenders on his STI and he put on this tar like stuff that smooths out when you add a heat gun to it...looked pretty good...rolling the fender in the rear give you about an inch or so more clearance...than the stock lip+rubber guard...
Anyhow, Dale, let me know if you decide you want to do it...I'll probably do it at the same time...I want to roll with 245's in the future! After seeing your ride...gotta do it...MEAT!

we rolled our fenders in august of this year. i got 42 offset rims for my wagon. they rubbed pretty bad before we rolled the fenders. they don't rub anymore so we rolled it enough. it may not be the nicest job but it works. i rarely go to the meets but depending on where the next one is i may be able to make it.
