No joke. In the PC Mitsu's latest color circular ad, they're touting $22.995 for an '03 Evo VIII.

I called and they said it was a misprint.

It ended at 22K. I'm surprised no one wanted to go higher than that. You'd think the ACD, AYC, and cool looking tail lights would be enough tp sell the car.
