Events, Saturday or Sundays
Gathering info on what days people are most likely to attend a function.
IE) Cruise, BBQ, Installs, Pole dancing
LMK what days are good for you "most" of the time. This hopefully will help in planning of events for a better turnout.

If there's an event where female strippers are involved, Ill drop everything include my boxers to attend this event! Other than that, previous install days/bbq ended up like this:
here's more pics of the last official install day HIIC had.Just thougth I'd share:
Family/Friends Kailua BBQ gathering...Install Day - a set on Flickr
cant ask more for a better way to end an install day.

In regards I have been meaning to do something at my community pool. The building there is also available to rent but usually the weekends are taken and rent is like $25 I think. I haven't ever rented as I live 3 places away so I just walk my happy *** him but def wouldn't mind doing this there or my place.

At any rate, let's do it up. Maybe we can set something up for the 24th of Feb? How about, as an icebreaker, we do a public type bbq somewhere? That way everyone goes to a neutral place, meets everyone, etc. No pole dancing yet Dave.

Josh, sounds good to me. I know we said something about January but damn if it hasn't been raining more than half the time. Good thing we "didn't" plan it I think.
