Version 9 ej207 is bolted in place. Still lots to hook up. Work keeps getting in the way. LoL...
I heat wrapped the down pipe, and installed a thermal wrap on the vf36 turbo.
I'm sticking with TMIC. The version 9 TMIC looks impressive. Just gotta keep the heat soak under control. I hope to have the JDM auto water sprayer system up and running soon.

I started it up yesterday. After the clouds of smoke cleared (Grease and crap on and around exhaust pipes), sounds great!
Still need to hook up my brakes. I removed the abs pump and I'm waiting for parts to fabricate my new brake lines, and hook up the proportional valve.
I always worry when I buy a used motor but this one sounds good! Gonna do a compression test and a boost leak test.
Then for the fun part of getting back to the e-tuning!
