Barry, when are you brining out the STI??? Damn, I need more bottom end to stay in check w/ you STI guys once everyone runs race rubber.

Mark, that's SOLID. The R Compounds will only enhance your times. I expect you will shave about 2 sec off your pace, even with lack of cockpit time on them. Looks like I should sell my car and get an STI.

Next month I should have more time to change to my V700s and perhaps some other mods.

Bummed I missed out Sunday, but I was sitting on a plane heading from Anchorage to Fairbanks. I'm just glad it's summer time up here cause I hear it gets pretty cold during the winter. On the plus size we have around 21 hours of sunlight which means it never really gets dark.

wow tim. i was wondering where you were. so what do you do with 21 hours of sunlight? i think i'd go crazy. better have light proof rooms to be able to sleep.

no rally or ice events to see?

No rally and no ice period. It's in the 60s and 70s.. I have seen quite a few WRXs, and Subaru's in general seem to be popular. They had AutoX in Anchorage last Sunday, but I had to fly up to Fairbanks so couldn't go.
I guess it gets down into the -20 to -30 range here during the winter and they have electric outlets everywhere so you can plug your car in during the winter so everything doesn't lock up.

From the North Pole....
North Pole Alaska that is.
