Do any of the HIIC guys know what I'm talking about here?

I've seen it somewhere but don't remember where, it's basically an extention cable with 90 degree connector so it doesn't hit your knee.

Can't you just reposition the port or extend all the wires and move it to like the passenger side?

Hey perhaps you can get the JDM equipment and swap it all out.

All you have to do is pull the plug out the back side of the dash, then you can connect your Accessport (That is what I assume you have) to it and move the cable wherever you need to.

there was a OBDII relocation kit that iaperformance used to carry... it was just another port though so that you could say put it in your glove box or in your center console area so that the wire doesn't get in the way... I'll keep looking though but don't ever remember seeing a 90° cable that you could use for your accessport since it would have to be serial on the other end.

Just the odbII connector end was at an angle. The other end was another odbII (female) connector, it's just an extention cord basically.
