But, jesting aside, I, personally, feel a tinge of envy seeing these so-called 'kids' w/ their 'slammed' Subies and bling wheels, a hot young thing in the passenger seat, on their way to Pearlridge to hook up w/ yet more hot young, things. ;-)
But, seriously, that rally-derived long travel suspension is one of the Rex's attributes. No snow here, but lots of potholes- a stock Rex can be your best friend.

This is so lame to see how HIIC members get so defensive and personal on an "open minded" comment about some rex being slamed! (wonder why HIIC is less friendly now) anyway, welcome to i-club donaudi!

Thanks Tiare. But im the one at fault so let me appoligize. I am sorry I saw a few RICED OUT SUBARU's near the pearlridge area. And I am sorry I felt bummed (what i would have liked to see is i-club members subarus, show car subarus, race subarus) to see a few RICE'ed subies.
Sorry guys i couldent have made it to one of your cruzes, meets, etc. I didnt have time on this trip. Also i have not seem my family in a year. My younger brother is 7 now and they grow up fast. I wish i could watch him grow but my work dosent allow me to.

I think I am posting way after you guys were discussing "slammed attributes", therefore being out of order, but IMHO as long as you understand the fundamentals of why you lose camber, toe change etc, etc.. under compression at a specific ride height, and accept the fact that you do so, isn't that reasonable?
Haha.. speaking of NASIOC.. I think i've read my share of interesting ride height debates. Vwvortex might be a winner though with the MKIV Golf; THAT's a car that has it bad.
