some of you probably seen these before, cause some have been around for a while.... BUT, these are pretty cool and I'm bored and just watched them again, so I thought I'd share.
for n0n-computer types, ... these are 64kb demos. that is small. like the size of a picture off a digi cam, ok!?
a couple ...

Looks like older technology demos from some video cards like the TNT2 and Radeon. But those files were HUGE compared to these. I kicked up my video card to 4x AA and 8x AF along with the highest mipmap detail settings. It didn't change it *too* much, but still looked pretty sweet. My computer didn't choke either. Cool. the music alone should be a couple of megs.

Crashing video cards is what I did a lot more of previously. Before I started with the WRX, my computer was my first love. I've burned out a TNT2 and a GeForce2 Pro. I also fried an Athlon 1800XP, but that was more from a misplaced cooling fan than anything else. Currently working with a GF4 TI 4200. Got it hot enough to kick out artifacts, but only once. Since then I decided to spend my money elsewhere...

music sounds just like high quality midi's shouldn't take too much space. the thing that amazed me is the length of the whole rendering. i'm sure alot of things utilized DirectX applets so it saved alot of space for the whole demo.
...anyway...well the reason I got a WRX is I saved enough money building high end computers for alot of people past couple of years so well computers was my hobby I guess. i don't make 25k for just working at Sears.
currently running my rig with a AMD Thoroughbred 2 1900+XP OC'ed to 2800+XP's speed on my nForce2 mobo and GF4 Ti4200.
Whole rig itself costed me only 500 bucks. If anyone need hookup with some parts just pm me or email me.
I can get 1800+XP chips for about 75 bucks. It fluctuates alot though...any other parts you guys are looking for just contact me.
