If I did that the only next logical thing to do is to put a turbocharged H6 in its place
but seriously sneezerboi suggested a FXT motor and drivetrain so I might end up going that route. I guess time and money will tell.

Car Info: 51E LHD V7 STI (2.0)
i'm voting for what josh suggested
the JDM FXT motor and trany is identical w/benefits to the USDM STI motor and tranny. It's also a hell-of-alot cheaper than an STI setup.
this can go either way and this argument on which one is better can go on and on all day all night but at the end of the day it's really what you want and how much you're willing to spend!!!
Good Luck Jes and you've gotten yourself a great ride!
remember since it's an automatic you WON'T be able to just swap trannys and ecu's

I would have liked to go the 2.2 route after riding in Wedge's s.s hybrid. (Wedge is a dude on RS25.com from Florida) That motor is rock solid and can handle alot of boost, only problem is here we have no dyno so I wouldnt know how it would get tuned like his. When are you gonna start the swap Jess? You gotta let me know do I can lend a hand.
