darn boost spike!aarrrggghhhhh....
yeah! i accidentally hit 27.3psi on saturday. you guys think i put a huge hole on top of my piston? pistons?
anyway i'm goin to ryan to get a compression test on wednesday.

how do u guys run so much psi and not hit fuel cut ? ever since i put in my mbc ive been hitting fuel cut..........

eh man, hope you were running race gas when you did that...cause on pump gas = detonation! Good luck w/ da compression test!

Anyone with the tools. I hit 26 or 27 with my current set-up when I disconnected the solonoid. My car is still running fine 10k later. However I don't think that EJ20 can take boost as well. You're hopefully fine. Myron hitting 25 with a TD04 is nothing like hitting it with that massive turbo Brandon has. I doubt there is much damage done.

I guess its alright cause you probably let off the throttle early enough...but if you didnt notice it and kept it at full throttle .... kaboom! 27psi might be too much for the stock pistons to handle.
