Ok, I looked the pics again, at first I thought I had just hallucinated that I saw what was going on in the pics.
I see that for some of things he doing is setting a trend. Alot of people try to color match the wheels to the body. Your cousin, color matched his wheels to his tires! That should get him some points at the car show.

Aw come on that car is not THAT bad, he just chose the more "affordable" upgrades.
I did not see any "SKYLINE" badges or a sticker sunroof.
Seriously, about half the cars on the last street I lived on were worse than that.
