Depends on what you plan to do with the car. If your not going to be making a monster, the standard Exedy or ACT will be fine. The ACT has requires quite a bit ore pedal pressure than the Exedy. If you have a high HP application or like to launch the car a racing style clutch may be what your looking for. FWIW My wagon is around 300/300 and the ACT street clutch hold just fine. As for the flywheel, the only one I have experience with is the ACT streetlite. I recommend this.

I'm assuming you have a WRX?
I have an 04 STI and my clutch will be replaced soon. I've decided to go with the Exedy Organic Stg1 and ACT Streetlite Flywheel combo...
You're lucky...the WRX clutch/flywheel is quite a bit less than the STI...go see Ryan at Vakamon...he will help you select the best combo for your style of driving and give you a package deal.
Been reading quite a bit of good reviews about this combo...this is my daily driver, and I've heard anything more than the Stg1 clutches are just too much of a pain for stop and go traffic...I'm at Stg2 with the Accessport and the clamping power of the Exedy (30-40% more clamping power than stock) is plenty enough for me.
I did hear that the equivalent ACT clutch pedal pressure is quite a bit stiffer...
