There's a place in Mililani off Mahinahou St that has 3 cul-de-sacs in a row where the houses go all out. We just went this past Sunday and my 2 yr old loved it.
Go up H-2 and take the Mililani exit (not the Mililani Mauka exit but the one after). Stay on that road (Meheula Pkwy) and head West (goes past Mililani H.S., across Kam Hwy, past Safeway/Longs etc.).
When the road comes to an end take a right turn, and then take the next right turn. Mahinauhou is the next left and you'll see the lights.

There's always Christmas Lane in Kahalu'u right across the sewer plant. Or you can check out the one they have in Kapolei. There's this one house at the end of the lane that has a 10 - 15' tall Heineken tree in his front yard. It's right off of Nihopeku Street in one of the dead end lanes there.
