acutally they are fake
they aren't a rave i was corrected by my brother who sent me this a couple weeks back about those. i thought they were real too.

sorry didn't mean to crap on your thread. i just don't want people to think it is a new rave in japan like i thought it was..
if i remember what my link said it was actually an urban legend thing where people used photoshop to edit the pictures and matched up pictures with those girls. but i may be wrong. don't want to be looking at pictures of girls at work to verify.
