Check Engine Light...O2 Sensor?
So yesterday I was driving home from the market and my check engine light came on. Today I took it to a friend of mine to get it checked. He got an error: Bank 1 sensor not working. I did some research and it seems it's the O2 sensor either before or after the catalytic converter. Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone know where can I get an new O2 sensor? I really don't want to go to servco. I called them today and it would have cost me $100 bux for them to look to see what the error was. Yikes! Any help would be appreciated.

^ I believe it has a vf39, STi topmount, turboback at least. Your front 02 sensor probably just went bad, a good way to check it is to borrow a friends and change it out. If it goes away you need a new one.

the CEL code determines what sensor it could or couldn't be. There is a front oxygen sensor and a rear one. both do different things and have different codes for them. you also have a factory EGT sensor in your up pipe as well.
