Check engine light/flashing cruise control
Well, I've been letting my brother from new york use my car. And he said the check engine light came on and the cruise control is just flashing. I took a look at it and i couldn't get the cruise control to turn on/off. The light is still flashing (cruise control) and the check engine light is on. Anyone got any ideas on what could be wrong so I can fix it?

You will get the
CEL (Check Engine Light) periodically running what you have (Down-Pipe)...we all do...I have the PDE downpipe as does GDogg...it has a modified 02 bung that helps you not get as many CEL's...but it still does...there are mechanical fixes that you can do to simulate this 02 bung...The fix basically pulls the 02 sensor farther away from the direct path of exhaust stream...
I also have the Cobb AP that I use to supposedly eliminate this condition. I still throw CEL's once in a while but because of the AP, it is easily reset...
