Car Info: 04 sti now pulling hard but super greasy!!
im running stock clutch with 64000 miles and slipping fassssst!!! so thanks for the info guys i should have said inexpensive though not cheap hahaha!! i think im gonna hunt down an exedy stage 1 organic set up hmmmmmm install day at my house anyone??

warren, you can check this thread out... their selling clutch and flywheel combos though. you could ask how much just for the clutch.

I installed a Exedy Twin HD and belive me, the pressure on the pedal feel like stock.

ACT is pretty good for the price.

thanks jon uhmm anyone try running the spec clutch??? and what would be the difference between the stage 1 and stage 2 clutches??

right now, im running the exedy organic clutch, and a light flywheel. feels kinda crappy to me, but rpms do climb faster. the combo is very grabby/ shudder alot. drving style needs to be changed, during engagement and cruising scenarios. also, louder drivetrain noise.

ted, kolohe04sti is running the same clutch BUT with a resurfaced sti flywheel, combination feels great, very little to no shudder.. i may go this route the next time around, i like the feel of teds car, like stock, no addtional drivetrain noise.
