hmm, i know you think youve done alot of stuff, but basically to place in a show, you have to have alot done to your car....i mean the whole 8-9 yards at least. im all for what san said also, i rather have a car that has the power and handling then look nice. but then again, for now im done with performance and brakes. all i gotta do is suspension (sway bars and endlinks.) i have a body kit sitting in my living room and hopefully will go on the car this comming saturday.. its really up to you what you wanna do. i know a friend that entered a show just for the heck of it. all he had was my aftermarket rims, bodykit, and dual exhaust for the exterior. engine wise only intake.. but i guess he wanted to experience what it was like. so maybe try it out and see how you like it.

i used to like going to car show's(still do,but not every year)... but it's basically the same cars every time(seems like it)....it's a car show, so if you wanna show off your car then go ahead, what ever pleases you....IT'S YOUR MONEY!!!! like Josh said, do it anyway to experience it and maybe get laid by one of them easy chicks hahaha...
it's all about showing off your ride, which equals to attention...just my opinion...
but like San and couple of the other guys here said, i rather have a car that can perform than look good...
yeah we have no track, but still doesn't change how i feel about things....

I perrsonally think
best part of car shows is when the cars (that run) do there annual staging from the back drive way on to ward ave . As for entering its more of a thing to where if you have to know what people think about your car then enter and if you dont than...

i really appreciate all your guy's input, its given me a lot to think about as far as hat im going to do. right now i have a fmic and brembos on the way, and am shopping for a skirt kit. i think ill try and get with some of you show winners and just get input on what i need to do to not embarrase myself and just expect someone to look at my car and say "hey thats nice", i think that would satisfy my ego enough to say hey i did it and i had fun doing it!
