Someone cant just give you a price on printed shirts.
are you paying for the screens? chemicals? about every 100-200 prints the screens have to be cleaned and emulsion re-applied
are you providing the art work?
is the art vectorized?
how many colors? this makes a lot of differnece in the price, every color is another screen.
Do you want to use sublimation. It produces a higher quality product but cost more.
what type of shirts are you printing on? who provides the shirts?
The best place on the island to buy mid to low quality shirts in bulk is Sun Apparel.
There are screen printers all over the island.
If you are making your own designs, I would suggest going to one shot and buying a few screens, some inks, photo emulsion, transparancy paper, a couple UV bulbs, and such.
Make a few screens and learn the process of printing yourself. Make the first prints yourself, make sure you like it before you produce it in bulk.
