Best place to shop for rims, local

What shop does everyone go through, locally what shops would have the best deals and selection for our cars. I am looking for a set of black rims that would fit an 06' WRX Wagon. Suspension is stock, later I will probably put springs on. If anyone knows someone selling a set pm me. I am pretty open about brands and styles. I don't really want to roll fenders at this point so what ever I get will have to fit as is with springs coming later.

How much are you looking to spend? I have a set of MINT, Black with polished lip, 18" Work Meister S1's with Kumho tires. I've got an '04 WRB wagon, and will be on the cruise today. For the right price, I may be persuaded to look for some new replacements.
