santa ramen in san mateo is the best ramen i've had. Ramen halu in san jose's not too shabby, but the noodles is better at santa.

I tried taiyo noodle with my friend like back in high school, which was about a good 5 or 6 years ago, it wasnt too bad, but i'm not much of a ramen guy

What the Pho in E-lakes is pretty good. Get the Pho w/ tender beef. Put all the oyster/shiracha sauce, those leaves /sprouts they give u. MEAN! Gotta put the beef in while its hot to cook.
