as far as a new born is concerned I would be worried more about their EARS rather than the comfort of the rear seats.
Since it is a new born do NOT even think about getting any type of exhaust or any type of modification that will make your car louder. also keep the suspenion stock since your baby will be riding in the back seat.
when my son was born I sold my exhaust and went with the stock one for at least 3 months or so since his ears are VERY SENSITIVE.
