imho, if you combined both the cruise and bbq it will be such a long day. most of the people have families to take care of so they might dig out early during the cruise. last year's cruise people left around 1pm. plus you gotta think somebody has to skip part of the cruise to do the bbq. i think keep dave and erica's bbq separate and make it like sept 8th or 9th. i know there is gonna be the tuning in sept 1st and 2nd. sorry just my 2cents.

when i talked to her she needed a time and date and if it is ok we may be able to use our location as the first meet up spot(she also wanted to know what else i-club was looking from us to do for the cruise). but i need the dates and time to let them know.

Again, a fine job you two are doing...Thanks to the both you...as you know by now, it can be pretty tough setting up a cruise or a get together...it will all work out.
Personally, I liked the cruise date better set at the 16th of September...if there is a bbq on August 25th, then the cruise on the 26th...it's going to be a bit too much for everyone I think...including myself, as I have a seminar to attend on the 26th.
It would be better to space the bbq, autocross, and cruise out...
Maybe set up a Poll and have everyone vote on their day of choice...
