Dirty STi's suck...

I could list a few excuses...but I think I was taking it a little too easy on my car. I think I should treat it more like my RS when I am racing.

 

Joey, you're smooth man. Just need a little more saddle time and some Cusco's. I know I'll be in trouble when you upgrade your suspension. See you next month!

haha. sorry, work car.......can't let anyone else drive. should be like your car though. same-ish power, 225's v700's. you probably got a quicker spool though and i am sure your brakes work better since i killed mine after the 1st run. the sti might have more torque though.

i will lower it when i race starting after the next season starts. gonna rotate the tires for the next time. i think my wagon felt better with the suspension stuff, but the stock power sucked. now it is a reverse for me. do you think stiffer sway bars will work better? i want to get a tower bar, but not for the sti price. damn. if no whiteline bar or similar, then i might get a replica bar.

I always drive it like I stole it, but can never beat russ....I keep telling myself it's the lack of race rubber and negative camber helps me sleep at night.

Yep, I concur with Russ. Gotta watchout for Joey, now that he got the BEAST (STI)! Steve, you got skills. Just need some V700's to shave off a few seconds. As for the EVO guys, I road with one on fun runs and gave him some advise. He ran a 52.7XX on that run. CRAP, I better sell my car and get an STI or pick up some gearing. See you guys next month!
