yup, like Richard said. A step colder than stock, and copper.
A lot of tuners that have "resources" tried platinum, iridiums, etc, etc, ..... But showed no (or Very little) improvements over the coppers. Platinums just last longer (supposedly), and iridiums cost way too much!
using the coppers, you'll probably want to change them at about 10-15k or so. But if you're tuning, or know you're running really rich, you may want to at least check them sometime before that. Make sure you gap them to about .026-.028 or so.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I was surprised that the new plugs looked so plain. I checked one plug, #1 I believe (the easiest one to get to) and it looked fine still. Would the colder plugs make a difference if I'm just running stock boost?

You'd probably be better off with a stock heat range unless you're running upgraded boost...
