550's to 740's...
that's 35% more fuel than before.
You should have to pull a lot more than a little fuel before you see any big changes.
is 10:1 @ idle, part throttle or just WOT?

It started off at around 10.1:1 - 10.2:1 at idle. That's not good. Idling and around town you want to be 14.7:1. I've since leveled that out.
At WOT, you want to shoot for 11.1:1 for turbocharged engines.

You want to shoot for 11:1 on the EJ20 engine. Some other forged piston monsters on premium fuel allow for a bit leaner mixture...

Got gaskets. Got turbo (see below). Got some dino and a filter. Need to get plugs. Got my IDCs below 90% and I'm not but about 10.5:1.
What else? Do I need any specialized tools (beyond a cherry picker, a breaker bar, jacks/jackstands, WD40, metric sockets, I'll need to get some anti-freeze/water mix, I've got all the turbo/up/downpipe gaskets I think I'll need.
Mike, if you read this, please chime in with some additional stuff I've left off. Could you PM me Francis' phone #?
I hope it all goes well.

I just noticed. Am I going to need to get some studs for the turbo-to-downpipe?

Mike,
Any chance we can get a head start on Friday night?
Jeremiah,
It's going to be at Mike's house. Give me or Mike or Dan a call.
Everybody needs to know that my preference is that every HIIC member who's interested can come and watch, but understand IT'S NOT MY HOUSE, so I can't invite anyone. I've got to ask 18hr.
Also, I don't think it would be a problem if a bunch of folks came over to watch but there can obviously be only so many folks working on the car, and it's my intent to keep the BSing to a minimum.
I know that if Wes is there and I find myself BSing too much; the next thing I'll find is that the car is done and I'll feel guilty for being a lazy *** and taking advantage of someone's good will and hard work.
