Bought some Melatonin from Longs Drugs last night. That thing did a NUMBER on me! I'm still groggy. That stuff is AWESOME!

Yeah, just be careful. That stuff is easy to get hooked on and after awhile you start having really horrid dreams. I think its some kind of psychosis brought on by the unnatural sleep induced by the drugs. Or something like that. My friend got me hooked on it and for about 3 months I took it nightly, cant remember the dose, but I think 5mgs or something, came down from 10 finally, but it for really weird after awhile. Also was hard sleeping for about a month after stopping the stuff.

Whoa. Thanks for the warning! I better lay off the pills. It KNOCKED ME OUT (3mg) and I've felt pretty slow all day. I guess I have to revert to my "couplabeerswilldome" sleep technique.
