here's the other myth about this fact: that the chocolate we buy here has enough cocoa to do harm. The "chocolate" in twix and other candy bars does not have enough cocoa in it to speed up the dogs heart and cause harm. Now, if you had that 99% Dark Cocoa crap that tastes like dirt, then you'd have cause for alarm.

yea, we paid a lot in medical for my old silky terrier. He still passed despite the attempt to get him better he was 7 years and my first dog, still miss em.
And when you love your pets, sometimes you will pay dearly for their health.
I know we could've bought a supercharger for what we paid for BB's heartworm and bloodwork treatments. But, you may say it's too expensive, but when the time comes, you will pay whatever it costs.
