jack3d may not work for you but i think i feel it. but i think i need to step up to 2 scoops because i usually take 1 and feel it. Everyone is different.

ok its called the 12 pack workout.

Get a 12 pack of beer, double first and repeatedly lift bottle to mouth until all beer is gone.

How much does a 12oz beer in a glass bottle weigh?

I say that sounds like a good workout plan to me.

You should start rock climbing...
I started a year ago and im the strongest ive ever been.
You work out all the basic muscles (legs, core, arms) but also muscles in your forearm and hands.
Basically I can crush faces with my hand.

ALso, its not just lifting and pumping (boring) your actually having fun and solving problems.

I am ripped huge.

It's all in the number of reps you do.

I do about 100 12oz curls every week day, more on weekends.
Then I get a very good forearm workout, but only on the left side (Sometimes I substitute a 1-2 minute core workout if I have a "spotter").

Taco bell 4 or 5 times a week helps keep me from being too thin... and its a good source of processed cheese and dehydrated beef. That is where the REAL BULK comes from if you are trying to add some good mass on your mid section.
