I've dealt with audio for 25+ years,

I've never used wire nuts. I have used them occasionally for commercial electrical applications. Solder and heat shrink/electrical tape is my preference.

Whenever,

it's not the ultimate high-end stuff, but it suits my needs and budget. I'm thinking about redoing my subs to make room for the Cusco rear v-brace.

acarguy,

my subs go in or out in literally 2-3 minutes. They probably weigh about 100 pounds. My sub setup is very simple.

I had my my stereo equipment installed at SuperTech in Kalihi...Leo, the owner is a perfectionist...I really liked his demeanor and his work.

I would recommend him highly.

palaban has an appointment tomorrow at San's Stereo and Foster Drinking Establishment. The price is right.
