yeah . . . I'd have to agree, CF is cool and all, but for wheels I think I'd stick with aluminum

It is only a CF cover the wheel itself is not CF.

AVAILABLE SIZES
18X8.5
18X9.5

WEIGHT
18.9 LBS.
19.5 LBS.
Because a wheel that is CF would not weigh what these weigh. They are cast Aluminumn wheel.

just a cf cover on an aluminum wheel. was thinking about the 17x7s but i dont know if that is wide enough. does anybody have a lot of track time and some input on what combination of wheel width and tire height and width is good?

17x8 or 17x8.5 is the ideal size....the wider the better....but you gotta modify your fenders before you can use tires over 235/40/17....

you can throw on 245/45/17's...but you gotta roll your fenders...because you will have rubbing issues...

You will be fine with 235/40 I am running that size and car is lowered and no issues they are just as wide as 225/45 just a shorter sidewall. oldmansan is running 245/45 on a 17x8 and Zeal coilovers and hasn't had any issues.
