Any Gun Freaks Here?!?!?

Thought I might start a gun thread for those of us who are preparing for the zombies. Anything gun related (questions on a type of gun etc...) can be posted here.

List what you have too. I own a Taurus Judge with a 6 1/2 inch barrel. Shoots 410 load and colt 45 ammo. Also have a sig 1911 on the way. Been lookin into a springfield XD 9mm as well. Although I'm a .45 kinda guy. Anyone else into it?

Maybe this thread will die, maybe not. There has to be a couple out there.

-Josh

I love guns too

All i have right now is a Glock 19 Black with OD green bottom extended mag release and extended slide guard with a few mags I also just got some wood from HD to make my own target stand for DH shooting range. I would love to own more hand guns but the suby takes my money haha. I plan on buying a shotgun next.

FYI I carry it everywhere I go.....j.k lol that ones for BlueTR

Shotgun huh? For hunting I assume or just like a home defense type thing.

That's one of the reasons I bought my Judge...shoots shotgun shells and colt .45 ammo.

Yeah, I've seen that Taurus Judge in action and it's pretty damaging. Been thinking of a dessert eagle 45, but the price is a bit high right now.

Maybe not a freak, but yeah, I'm an "enthusiast"

Call me a Euro-phag or whatever you want, but I like the Sig P226 A LOT!

Marlin 22 cal. bolt action.

I would like to get a pistol though, probably a .45 of some sort or maybe a Desert Eagle.

that thing is sick! how much was that beast?

The shotgun is for more home defense and maybe sometimes take it out for hunting.

I'm a big Sig fan i think the make nice hand guns.

I did not like glock until i got to fire a few and they grew on me for a few reasons plus they arent too bad on the wallet

I really like my 9mm its fun to shoot and doesn't beat you up after shooting a few rounds at the range plus ammo is pretty cheap. I want to get a 45 but that will be for later...I plan on using the glock 19 as a con carry when I get to Florida.

Yeah, DE's are always expensive. But the cool thing about them is if you by the .50 cal, they can convert from .50 to .45 to .357. I've contemplated them so many times...I just can't justify only holding 7 rounds. And paying near or over 3 or 4 bucks a round. But they are beasts no doubt.

The Judge was about 650 when all was said and done. The only bad things is Colt 45 ammo is hard to come by on the mainland. Actually almost all is. At least in Tx. I'm a Sig anything guy. Expensive but nice. You get what you pay for.

1911's rock...I've got an accurized Colt M1911 that I don't fire much anymore, a Kimber Tactical 1911 and Springfiled Armory 1911. They are all awesome handguns...but the cost at the range is killer! .45ACP is not cheap! I also have a SigPro2340, Hi STandard .22 Competition Target Pistol and a couple of revolvers... Big D and I used to go to the range a lot...maybe we should go!
