AMS Tune results pics/vids/dyno sheet

All those that tuned with Chris Black from AMS please post your results, pics, vids, and dyno sheets here. Post mods done to the car also so others can gauge what XYZ parts can produce what numbers. Thanks.......


MY RESULTS
All items highlighted in red are the new items that I had swapped out since my last tune

NEW SETUP tuned with AMS
2005 STI engine and drivetrain in a 2001 Impreza 2.5RS 17,xxx miles (Shell gas):
-Deadbolt Zilla TD06 18G w/full port and polish on the hot and cold side and ceramic coating for hot and cold side
-Deutches Werks 650cc injectors
-JDM TGV deletes
-Walboro fuel pump
-Gruppe-s header
-Gruppe-s lightned crank pulley
-Invidia CBE
-Perrin downpipe
-Tial 44mm EWG w/atmospheric dump
-Hallman manual boost controller

-TurboXS shorty intake
-APS TMIC
-07 STI BOV
-Open Source AMS Tune


Put down 338Hp and 360Tq

OLD SETUP tuned with PDX
2005 Sti 13,xxx miles (Cheveron gas):
-Deadbolt Zilla TD06 18G w/full port and polish on the hot and cold side and ceramic coating for hot and cold side
-Deutches Werks 650cc injectors
-JDM TGV deletes
-Walboro fuel pump
-Gruppe-s header
-Gruppe-s lightned crank pulley
-TurboXs TBE
-TurboXS FMIC w/shorty intake
-TurboXS DTEC
-Cobb AP

Put down 326Hp and 340Tq

so the only real difference is a..

~open source tune
~tial EGW (just holds boost better)
~TMIC(this you probably lost power on from having a FMIC before)

al the other stuff you changed you still had it before now its just a different brand. tho you did go backwards on the intercooler from a FMIC to a TMIC.

Your car did sick! hella sick!!!! i cant wait to go for a ride!!! i think you will be spinning your brand new tires like no other!!

What rims are those? Gold sti limited rims?... You do have the 05 drivetrain huh... 5x114....nevermind answered my own question..Dam 5x100!!!

I think the first two items mattered the most. Cobb AP fixed maps suck to begin with. If he kept his FMIC, he still would've safely made more power. That torque is just unreal!! Love the EWG, I was just waiting for that sucker to open up. Music to my ears, haha.
