I doubt it, I thought he was in an active duty unit in the mainland or something.

I don't know how effiecient it is to starve the already starving north korea, with a crazy maniac controlling their country, theres no telling what kind of drastic meausures he will be pulling when that happens. On the other hand, what is a real solution to have north korea to surrender its nuclear weapons program? If north korea does surrender, it would be a sign of weakness, and i'm pretty sure they don't want that, so its whoever gives in first. I predict another war soon.
