Accessport Help
Hey all, I'm having a little issue with my AP. I'm currently running a Ver. 1 AP, with a Stage 2 map.
Every so often my CEL comes on. It's throwing the code for an 02 sensor (I forgot the number, but I know thats the code). I'm running a catless downpipe, but I was lead to believe that the AP takes care of the CEL. All is fine when I just reset my ECU and re-upload my map. My question is, is this normal for the CEL to keep flashing every so often? Is there anyway to stop it? It's more annoying then anything, but I'm just worried there may be a bigger problem here.

About 15500 miles on the gauge.
It was the CEL on with the flashing cruise control light.
I just reflashed it again, and everythinig went away. But in the past its come back.

Ryan is right, not much we can do until the code is pulled. But from what i know on 2.5 an overboost (this has been known for stg II OTS Cobb maps even though it says 16 lbs) which will throw both of those lights. It can also mean a misfire. Back to that, not much w/out the actual code.
Edit: Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Stg II OTS Cobb map requires the use of a high-flow cat? It also says if you aren't this can cause boost creep which can cause you to over-boost.
Just double check the map notes.

Ryan is right about the code. That code is a dummy code more than likely.

here are the map notes...I'm tellin you, you more than likely just over boosted. Another look is just a simple cat inefficiency, or as i said b4, a misfire. Cobbs solution is to start on and turn your car off 4 to 5 times after a hard ecu reset. If this fails get your code read through a real reader.

Do you have the cat emulator? The previous owner of my car had to get an emulator for the catless dp currently on the car. BTW I'm on Cobb Stg 2 OTS w/o problems (almost 2 years).

I had the same exact problum with my WRX. I was using a V1 accessport with a stage 2 map. The check engine light would come on every now and then, and eveytime I would reflash it...It would go away and come back like a week later. It happen so offen, I just keep the AP in my glove box. The only way to fix it is to replace the faulty 02 sensor, click "reset ECU" on the accessport, and reflash your "realtime stage 2 map" afterwards. Problum solved...
I was planning to do this, but before I had the chance, I fixed the problum by burning the car instead.....
