AC fix-here it is Infek
Now, to get to the expansion valve and evap core (the one that looks like a mini fmic) we took off the glove box and removed the intake lookin thing which only had 4 bolts and some difficult manuevering to get out. To ease your mind, the order goes (from inside the engine bay to evap core) i layed it out for you in one of the pics. As you can see my old evap core looked like a birds nest. But it is not necessary to remove the dash entirely. And replaced the O-rings which weren't shot, i still did cause i payed for the parts. Condenser and dryer was a little more easy. Took my grill and radiator off and took the old assembly out and put it together in reverse order. This only took us 3 hours. And i used 18 ounces of 134a from checkers (the one that comes with the little gauge) and we were all good. Enjoy!!!

Let me check our first A/C thread...but i used 2 O rings for the C&D 2 for the valve and 2 for the evap core. Those rings costed 20.00 bucks and some change. Besides 2 gallons of radiator fluid and an 18 ounce bottle of 134a, that was it...no AC since October and now i get freezing. Call returned. You're it.
