Is this a good deal?

1995 toyota tacoma (same body style/height as the prerunner...Excellent condition, 5spd, 4cyl 2.7 liter, just a little under 100,000 miles, lava lining, new brakes, tires, and timing belt was replaced at 55k. it's also a 4x4. i might purchase it today, he was originally asking $8500, but i offered him 7g. Is this still too high?

thanks

Extra cab? I dunno. That is a little on the pricey end but toyotas are expensive anyway. Also there is no timing belt on the 2.7 litre. It is timing chains, atleast mine was and it was '97, same engine I think. If the body and interior are in good shape than it is a deal, probably cant get one for much less than that. Hope that helps. Tacomas are great trucks and are basically bulletproof so you will be very happy with your purchase. I really miss mine.
