Day 14 (sorry not pics)
today was a short day but with the help of dsbaruuuuu and Thug Nasty we were able to knock out quite a bit of stuff that would have taken me all day.
-tightened up the propeller shaft and re-attached the cover plate
-re-drilled and fitted the STI dash beam to be installed into the GC
-shaved, notched, and lubed the STI radiator to fit into the GC......(thanks John, if no fit put spit...well soap and water in this case)
-started to install the wiring into the GC.......
unfortunately I had to cut the day short but also decided to move the car to my house since the shop I have been working out of is closed on mondays and tuesdays.

Day 15-16
well as some of you may already know the car is now running. currently we are putting everything back together and wiring up the car. the wiring is what seems to take the longest even if it is just the headlight, taillights, doors, and a few other small things. unfortunately we had to cut it short tonight due to rain but should have the head lights operational tomorrow evening.
tomorrow I am planning on taking the car to Island Brake and Alignment to have the car aligned. Then depending how much time and the car is running right I may go down to Rads and have the car tuned but we'll see but guarantee I will be there on sunday tuning.

Day 17 (What an eventful day)
Soooooo today was a very eventful day. This morning after getting up I went straight into preparing the car into a semi drivable state. Basically drivable but a safety check nightmare.
So I went to re-install my shifter and guess what? Oh **** the reverse lock out cable fell towards the bottom of the shaft and I ended up fishing it out. Now this was a very lengthy and stressful process but after an hour later, mission complete.
After it was off to Island Brake and Alignment to have the car aligned. Everything went well here and the car is now to factory specs (for now). After driving the car around town I realized everything seemed fine with the car so I decided to go down to Rads for the tune.
Once at Rads Shaggy, Chris, and I went through with a fine tooth comb ensuring the car was ready to go on the dyno and get tuned. We checked the clutch pedal feel to ensure that the clutch was fully grabbing. We did a boost leak test and finally Chris went through to check each one of my CEL codes. Luckily all them were related to my mods and I had the peace of mind that my car would do well on the dyno.
DYNO TIME.......
so the car gets on the dyno and after a few pulls we start increasing the boost. Final numbers.......well I will save that for the AMS thread. I will just say I quite impress with my new number and power/torque curve....GOOD JOB CHRIS!
After the dyno I am rushing to get back home as I do not have working headlights (hence why I said earlier it is safety check nightmare) so I make it home safely but not without incident. So I am sitting in stop and go traffic due to an accident up ahead and right about the Pearl City area of the freeway I am braking and I hear a POP come from my front passenger area. After the POP my brake pedal literally lost all pressure. Oh ****! well once this happen as stubborn as I am I continued to drive home since I was close and I had no way to call a tow truck. I must say cruising 40 on the freeway and engine braking and using your E-brake to slow and stop sucks. But in the end I got home safely with out endangering anyone (so go ahead and flame on flamers).
Once I get home I pull the front passenger wheel off and low and behold my tire rubbed the stainless steel brake line and the force of my braking busted the plastic line inside. Time to buy new brake lines

Day 18
not much to write about, the project is coming to an end soon. today we did the following:
-wired headlights, parking lights, and turn signals. well the turn signals in the rear are good and I am will be putting my front bumper on in the morning so the fronts will work.
-wired the door locks and keyless entry.
-shaved and trimmed the dash for proper fitment (should be going in tomorrow)
-installed the carpeting
doesn't seem like much got done today but when you consider that we are soldering and heat shrinking every wire it can get to be pain in the butt.
