My dad said Ben pissed him off once and he blasted him a good one. Supposedly my dad's car was left in his hands and he messed it up. True story, according to my dad. I dropped Ben's name once and he got upset and told me the story. Haha.

Day 12
sorry no pics I forgot the camera this morning. I will post them on friday with that being said...............
-got the car back from painting this morning and towed it back to the garage I am working out of. the engine bay looks as good as when it came off of the assembly line. +10 for Jeremy Apuya!
-installed the front portion of the ABS into the GC which included (off of the STI) ABS pump, all engine bay brake lines, brake booster, and master cylinder. shockingly the only thing that did not line up correctly was the fasteners on the brake lines to the firewall (easy fix) other than that very minimal and I mean very minimal bending was involved to the brake lines to make them fit.
-installed the STI pedal set into the GC. the mounting holes of the pedal assembly needed to be notch as with all GD pedal assemblies going into a GC.
-installed clutch master cylinder into GC. I said it before on my last swap, its as if Subaru new one day I or someone was going to convert a cable clutch to a hydraulic one because the mounting holes were already there ready to accept the clutch master cylinder.
-installed STI shifter assembly into the GC. other than the tranny the auto to manual trans conversion is complete.
-installed fuels lines, manual boost controller, and other misc brakets to the firewall
-removed GC crossmember from the GC in preparation of the STI one going in on friday along with the engine and trans.
on sunday we will be wiring the car and we should have the car start up towards the end of the day.....STAY TUNED! or better yet I will be ready for the TUNE w/AMS

Day 13 Engine and Tranny goes in!
as the title says engine and tranny went in today along with the front cross member w/suspension and brakes. We tried a different approach to installing the engine today and although not a new method but probably the easiest. Basically we attached the crossmember to the engine and placed the engine and tranny on a movable floor jack and proceeded to lower the car on to the engine and tranny. Once the mounting holes were lined up we proceeded to bolt everything down. Enjoy the pics, sunday we will be wiring up the car and we should have it up and running.
engine bay after painting and all items installed back on to the firewall
positioning the engine under the GC w/cherry picker
lowering and aligning the frame to the engine and tranny mounts
the engine and tranny is finally in!!!!
Front Brembos and BC Coils
Brembos behind the wheels, it doesn't get closer than that
