to all: we are finalizing the details on this fund-raising event. we are anticipating some awesome prizes and contests that will be incorporated this year. the organizers and volunteers are working very hard to make this as fun as ever.

*All times are ETA’s, and could change. PLEASE BE PROMPT SO YOU WILL NOT GET LEFT BEHIND!!!
* We have Cruise Marshalls this year so if someone pulls on the side of the road for any reason, we will have designated Marshalls who will be assisting so please let them do their job and move on to the next stop. The last thing we need is 50 cars on the side of the road like the previous cruise.
*0700-0900
►Meet at Central Oahu Regional Park by the tennis courts where we meet for the infamous HIIC SwapMeet!!!
*0900-0915 - Pre-Roll out meeting
☼ 0920 Rollout
Cruise Lead:
-Turn right onto Kam.Hwy towards the H1 freeway, head towards Honolulu, merge on Moanalua Freeway(201)
-Stay on the right lane, after the hill take the Puuloa exit, take the far left lane and left on the first stop light. Go straight for 2 blocks and you will see Servco Scion/Subaru.
They reserved the front parking area just for us (in front of L and L)
►Servco Subaru Parking Lot , Mapunapuna
*0945-1030– Prize Drawinings SERVCO Prizes #1 - prizes to be announced
☼1030 am Rollout
Cruise Lead:
- Take H1 East all the way to the end of freeway
- Head towards the Pali Highway exit and turn LEFT.
- LEFT on Kamehameha Hwy towards Kaneohe
- Kamehameha Hwy towards Windward Mall
►Windward Mall - Prize Drawing #2
Break & Grub stop - park by Macy’s Parking Lot
*1130-1230 – restroom break, lunch/refreshment break.

Head towards Kahekili Hwy towards Kualoa and right turn onto:
►China Man’s Hat ◙ (photo ops), it’s a huge park on the ocean side, you won’t miss it.
*1330-1430- Restroom Break, HIIC AUW Show and Shine casting of final ballots and selection of winners.

Cruise Lead:
Continue heading North to Kamehameha Hwy
►Matsumoto’s Shave Ice - park by the shopping center (by Radio Shack)
*1515 to whenever – ☺ Grab shave ice for the tired kids and family and break off!!! Mahalo for your support!!!
Please call Walter @ 741-8142 or Ted @ 232-9204 if you get separated.
Important Note: Please adhere to all traffic laws and proper driving etiquette while on the cruise. If you intend to speed, race or act offensively please do not ride with us.
-Please print the directions if you are not familiar with the route. To cut some out of pocket expenses, we will not be giving out route directions like we did in the previous cruises.
-Make sure you have enough gas. The route is approximately 85 miles.
-We are asking a minimum donation of $10 to Aloha United Way. For every $10 that you donate, you will be given a raffle ticket for the lucky pot drawings. The more you give the more chances of winning the cool prizes. Please fill out the forms and you will be given a receipt from AUW. Proceed to the “registration desk” as soon as you come in.
Hint: There will be a coloring contest for kids this year!!!
-If you are coming in early for the Pre-cruise Swap Meet Sale please set up “shop” as early as you please. We will be there as early as 0700.
-Don’t forget the camera and camcorders! I know we have a handful of professional photographers here, so make sure that your batteries are fully charged!
- Please bring umbrella's, caps and hats. Sunblock is also highly recommended. Bring lots of water and some snacks for the kiddos.

btw, the Rallycross on this day was cancelled so no one has any excuse (other than personal emergencies and previous commitments) to not attend. a BIG Mahalo to KRP for showing their solidarity and support to our AUW event by re-scheduling it. to show our appreciation, let's all continue to support KRP by attending and showing up to the rallycross and other motorsports events!
