Was wondering if anyone has auto start and 2 step I'm looking to do 2 step but I bypassed my clutch and couldn't find the neutral safety switch I have the 5902 viper if anyone has insight on this lmk

clutch has nothing to do with 2 step on a 02-05 16bit wrx. with the 16 bit ecu the 2 step is speed dependent. so i have mine (04wrx drive train) setup for 5500 rpm below 5 mph.

there is no clutch wire going to the ecu on 2.0l wrx ecu like on the 2.5 wrx and sti ecu. that's why we dont have flat foot shifting on older models

 

mine haz auto start. You saw this. just have to get used to parking in neutral. Dunno how ur car is running now but mine like to give a short try and if it doesnt start it will wait for another attempt. My new headers seem to have this happen more since i didnt tune for them.

 

Car is running good yea I learned from the very beginning to park in neutral. Now need to tune hopefully one more time and be done with the motor 2 step should be very fun with 400hp

 

Does anyone on the island do 2-steps on the stock ecu?

 

There are patches for it if you use Open Source tuning. Do some searches for it.
