[(E36 M3+PSP) + (S2K+PSP)] = teh win
okay gruppe...i was a lil bored/inspired today, and i came up with the idea that the psp would be cool to use in the car, as a mp3 player/video player (yes, i know the legalities of having a video playing in a moving car)...i also have the belkin FM transmaitter, so i use the car's stereo to listen to the PSP audio...
since i'm using the M3 for now, i decide to mount it with rubber bands to my decks removable faceplate...it worked pretty good...stayed in place, and screen was in a good area for viewing...buttons easy to reach also...gotta admit, it is a ghetto fix, but hey, it works for me
so i get home and start thinking of how to mount it in the S2k...easiest place would be the radio door, but it's too low and to switch tracks, would be a bit of a pain...i figure the area on the dash would be perfect, but how could i mount it...then through a brief lapse in my train of thought when i wasnt thinking about racing or sex, i thought of sewing elastic straps to the dashboard cover...grabbed the dash cover and headed to my auntie's house (i duuno how to sew) and in 15 minutes, TADA! a mounted PSP...screen easy to view, buttons in easy reach...
here's pics!

For the M3
Get a mouse pad, cut it to the size of front face plate of the deck, use it as a padding between the deck and the psp. Install some black rubberbands, and that will finish up the look.
For the 2k
Looks good already!
Buy a 2nd psp, so you have one in each car. That way you can play Gran Turismo mobile and get the in the car feel against another person.
